The Confident Body Method is a structured pathway for women over 40, built to support how your body responds through metabolism, hormones, digestion and energy at this stage.

It follows the Inside-Out approach, bringing together hormones, digestion, metabolism and behaviour so your body has the support it needs to respond more steadily.
